Description
The kit can be used to construct recombinant pFastBac plasmids containing the polyhedrin promoter for Bac-to-Bac technology, it contains three types of vector: native (pDEST8), N-terminal histidine fusion (pDEST10), and N-terminal GST fusion (pDEST20). pDEST 10 vector containing a TEV protease cleavage site for removal of the fusion tag after protein purification
