Inductive Surface Display

Surface display technology of induced Lactococcus lactis has been proved to be a very effective expression system and has been widely used in industry. We use genetic engineering to fuse the protein sequence provided by our customers into the transporter protein of Lactococcus lactis.

NOTE:

  • We choose the surface anchoring domain of Lysine motif (LysM), namely the C terminal of ACMA (cAcmA), as the anchoring domain by default.
  • Nisin system was used to induce the expression. In addition, we can also build phage, temperature, and pH induction system for customers. If you have specific requirements, please let us know before the formulation of the expression scheme.

Constitutive Surface Display

Compared with the inductive display, the constituent display system is more economical. We usually use ACMA as a heterologous protein anchor region and Usp45as secretory signal peptide.
