Our test range includes:
E. coli strains：
Customers can select up to 4 different strains for the expression test, and we will score the expression level of each strain.
Temperature：
Typically, we will conduct tests at 30 ℃ and 37 ℃. If you have other temperature requirements, please inform us at the beginning of the project.
Induction time
Generally, we conduct induction tests for 1 h and 4 h. The induction time may vary slightly according to the strain. If you have other requirements, please inform us at the beginning of the project.
Protein extraction method
If required, we will choose several protein extraction methods according to the properties of the proteins.
Purification method：
We will choose two purification methods according to the properties of the proteins.
