Cationic Liposome Transfection

Positively charged liposomes combine with DNA by electrostatic interaction to form DNA liposome complexes, which then enter cells through endocytosis.

Cationic Polymer Transfection

Calcium Phosphate Transfection

Calcium phosphate can promote the combination of exogenous DNA and cells, and calcium phosphate DNA complex can adhere to the cell surface and enter the cell through endocytosis.

Electroporation
