We have established an economical WGE membrane protein synthesis system, which can realize small/large-scale protein expression through plasmid template. In this system, transcription and translation are uncoupled. Our expression system mainly includes: SP6 RNA polymerase, NTP, RNase inhibitor, transcription buffer and liposome.
