R&D Scientist, Solution and Technology Development Specialist

Position Summary:

This position requires candidates with breakthrough thinking and creativity. The responsibilities of this position are to help us establish unique technology platforms, develop new solutions and products in the field of recombinant protein expression technology, and broaden the application fields.

Position Responsibilities

Establish infrastructure to develop cell lines, vectors and vector construction technologies, recombinant protein products, protein expression technologies and mass production technologies, and transfer all necessary products and services to operations.

Interact with sales, marketing and operations to build and execute our development roadmap and define development direction.

Development of vector and vector construction. Develop and optimize the vector suitable for various heterologous protein expression systems and the vector construction pathway.

Establish unique technology platforms. Optimize the commercial expression system, develop more efficient recombinant protein expression pathway, and generate unique technology platforms for Creative BioMart.

Develop commercial kits. Work with R & D team to develop easy-to-operate kits.

Formulate design and development plan, make accurate analysis of problems in design and development, and put forward improvement or solutions.

Optimize the existing products and participate in the preparation of project registration data and the output of other registration-related data according to the design and development system requirements.

Other tasks arranged by the company.

Education and Technical Skill Requirements

• Ph. D. in molecular biology, cell biology, stem cell biology, biomedical engineering or other fields closely related to the experience of complex protein expression systems.
• Have rich experience in experiment, master the technology needed for experiment and technology development, and operate relevant experimental equipment skillfully and regularly.
• Good at solving problems, with the ability to flexibly design or adjust the experimental scheme according to the specific situation.
• Excellent learning ability and enthusiasm for self-improvement.
• Careful, patient, earnest, self-motivated, team spirit. Abide by the laboratory rules, no illegal operation, no safety accidents
• Working experience in product and technology research and developing
• Good oral and written communication skills.
