Mammalian Cell Surface Display Solution

Phage Surface Display Solution

Phage libraries can be used for affinity screening of combinatorial peptide libraries to study protein-ligand interactions, characterize the binding sites of ligands, receptors and antibodies, define epitopes of monoclonal antibodies, select enzyme substrates and screen cloned antibody libraries. DNA encoding millions of variants of certain ligands (e.g., peptides, proteins, fragments) is cloned into phage genome in batches as part of one of phage coat proteins (PIII, PVI or pVIII). Large libraries containing millions of different ligands can be obtained by forced cloning in E. coli.
