Description
This medium is buffered with phosphates and contains minimal bicarbonate to support bicarbonate-dependent cellular functions without the use of synthetic buffers like HEPES. It eliminates the cytotoxic effects associated with HEPES and is optimized for improved cellular productivity and CO2 utilization. Ideal for transport of cells or embryos under atmospheric conditions, though traditional CO2-dependent media are recommended for long-term culture.
This product is prepared using Water for Injection (WFI).
