The cynomolgus IL-2 RA CHO-S cell (EGFP) were stained with antibody cynomolgus IL-2 protein, Fc Tag and analyzed by flow cytometry using a PE-conjugated secondary antibody. The EC50 was approximately 0.394 nM.
