Description
The cynomolgus / rhesus macaque B7-H1 / PD-L1 / CD274 CHO-K cell lines were stained with atezolizumab (P85018) and analyzed by flow cytometry using a PE-conjugated secondary antibody. The EC50 was approximately 1.14 nM.
