Description
Designed for the serum-free culture of epithelial cells from human or mammalian tissues, this complete medium includes recombinant human insulin, transferrin, and hydrocortisone. It is free of animal-origin components and requires no feeder cells. Compatible with a range of epithelial cells from sources such as bronchial, corneal, cervical, foreskin, canine kidney (MDCK), African green monkey kidney (VERO), bovine kidney (MDBK), and feline kidney (CRFK) tissues.
This product is prepared using Water for Injection (WFI).
