Description
Originally developed as a modification of Ham's F-10, Ham's F-12 is suitable for serum-free single-cell cloning of CHO cells. It features elevated levels of choline, inositol, putrescine, and specific amino acids. With serum supplementation, it also supports the culture of other mammalian cells, including chondrocytes and rat prostate epithelial cells.
This product is prepared using Water for Injection (WFI).
