Description

DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) is a widely used basal medium suitable for the culture of many mammalian cell types, including HeLa, 293, Cos-7, and PC-12 cell lines, as well as primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), and smooth muscle cells. Compared to MEM, DMEM contains four times the concentration of amino acids and vitamins, supporting enhanced cell growth and maintenance.
This product is prepared using Water for Injection (WFI).
