Description
Production begins by adding sodium (Na) to bile to initiate hydrolysis, followed by degreasing, acidification, washing, drying, dissolving, decolorizing, filtering, compounding, further drying, and grinding into a fine powder. The product is a white to light-yellow powder, highly soluble in water and alcohol, insoluble in ether, with a clear aqueous solution and characteristic fresh bile odor. It is hygroscopic and moisture-absorbent.
