Description

L-15 is formulated without a bicarbonate buffering system, making it suitable for use in non-CO2 environments. It utilizes phosphate buffers along with L-arginine, L-histidine, and L-cysteine, and replaces glucose with galactose and sodium pyruvate to minimize lactic acid buildup. It supports the growth of monkey kidney cells and primary cells derived from embryos or tissues.
This product is prepared using Water for Injection (WFI).
