Description
M2 and M16 are modified Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate solutions used for preimplantation-stage mouse embryo culture. M16 contains pyruvate and lactate as energy sources suitable for early-stage embryos that do not efficiently metabolize glucose. M2 is a further modification of M16, incorporating HEPES buffer to allow handling under atmospheric conditions.
This product is prepared using Water for Injection (WFI).
