Description
MCDB 131 Medium was originally developed by Knedler and Ham for the reduced-serum cultivation of human microvascular endothelial cells (HMVEC). Since then, it has also been successfully used for the culture of other cell types, including hepatocytes, myocytes, and smooth muscle cells.
This product is prepared using Water for Injection (WFI).
