pAcSG2 Baculovirus Transfer Vector
Description
The pAcSG2 transfer vector is a smaller vector which contains only the essential polyhedrin gene locus portions of the AcNPV. The multiple cloning site immediately follows the polyhedrin promoter to improve recombinant protein expression levels.
