Description
TC-100 Insect Medium is a modified formulation based on Grace’s Insect Medium, designed to optimize nucleopolyhedrovirus (NPV) production in Spodoptera frugiperda (fall armyworm) cells. Unlike the original Grace’s medium, TC-100 does not contain sucrose, fructose, or several intermediates of the tricarboxylic acid cycle.
This product is prepared using Water for Injection (WFI).
